Notes' new email alert notifies me when I've got Junk mail. There doesn't seem to be a way to change this, so I find the new email alerts pretty useless. It would be really nice if this could be fixed by introducing a "Do not trigger new mail alert" action which I could add to any rule. I have other email that I filter into folders and I don't particularly want an alert for them either.
